Our Normal Package is a cost-effective and reliable home construction solution designed to deliver durability, quality finishing, and essential modern features. The package includes complete structure work with damp guard protection, teak front door, full plastering, and quality wood or shutter options such as anjili, mahogany, or Tata steel. Interior and exterior painting is covered with 2 coats of white cement, 1 coat primer, and 2 coats emulsion, along with interior putty finishing for living, dining, and sit-out areas and 2-coat front elevation finishing. The flooring and wall areas are finished with 4×2 tiles (₹50 soft finish). It also includes ready-made inside doors, GI handrails, AC points for two rooms, and a waterproof smokeless oven. The package is priced at ₹1950 per sqft in Kannur and Kasaragod, ₹2000 in Kozhikode and Malappuram, and ₹2050 in Palakkad, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Wayanad, Kollam, Kottayam, Idukki, Alappuzha, and Pathanamthitta.
