Our Basic Package is an affordable and dependable construction solution designed for those who want a strong foundation with essential finishing at a budget-friendly price. The package includes damp guard protection, complete structure work, and full plastering to ensure durability and stability. It features quality wood and shutter options such as anjili or mahogany, along with ready-made inside doors. Flooring and wall areas are finished with 4×2 tiles (₹45 per sqft), providing a neat and practical finish. Additional inclusions are a 1000L water tank, GI handrail, AC points for two rooms, waterproofing, and complete painting work with 2 coats of white cement, 1 coat primer, and 2 coats of emulsion for both interior and exterior surfaces.
